By God’s power and Spirit, I can change. I don’t have to stay the same. I am being transformed into Jesus’ image as I move from one degree of glory to another. (2 Corinthians 3:18 )

I am strong in the Lord . The same power that raised Christ from the dead is dwelling inside of me . ( Romans 8:11 )

I am not my past . I’m not what I did .I am who God says I am —Chosen, Forgiven , Redeemed, Adopted into His family. (Ephesians 1: 4-8 )

I stand firm in Christ’s freedom which frees me from anything that would tear me down. I cherish this truth , refusing go back into bondage of my past (Galatians 5 :1 )

I am not a hostage to unhealthy, negative thoughts. I have divine power to capture every thought so it obeys Christ (2 Corinthians 10:4 )

I have the mind of Christ directing my thoughts. I embrace the Word of God that guides my steps (Psalm 119:105 )

Worry is not my master. I trust in God who has given me the gift of peace in Christ Jesus. His peace guards my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4: 6-7 )

My God has not given me a spirit of fear but a spirit of power , love and of a sound judgment and self- control (2 Timothy 1:7)

The Lord is my Helper ; I will not be afraid what people may do to me !! ( Hebrews 13:6 )

I live with the confidence that there is nothing in the universe with the power to separate me from God’s love ( Romans 8:38 )

I can do everything that He calls me to do through the strength of Christ’s explosive power.
